The questions Pensacola property owners ask first.
Direct answers, no marketing fluff. If we don’t cover what you need to know, call or text — we’ll add it to the page.
Yes. We carry an active state contractor license, general liability insurance, and workers’ comp coverage. License and insurance numbers appear on every written estimate. We can email a certificate of insurance naming you or your property manager as additionally insured before the first crew arrives on site.
For routine quotes we book the on-site walkthrough within 5 business days, often inside 48 hours. Call or text dispatch — live answering keeps the queue moving and we’ll give you a real time window when we book it, not a vague “sometime next week.”
A 50-mile radius from our base at 9562 Hummingbird Blvd in Pensacola. That covers Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Pace, Navarre, Milton, Cantonment, Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key, plus Foley and Daphne in Lower Alabama. Not sure if your address qualifies? Call — we’ll confirm in 30 seconds before booking anything.
Yes. The number on your written quote doesn’t move unless we find a hidden condition during the work — rotted footings, a buried irrigation main, a tree root running under the patio site — and even then we stop, document it, and get your sign-off in writing before continuing. No surprise invoices at the end.
Yes. That’s the entire business. Six trades under one roof: landscape & lawn, outdoor construction (patios, pergolas, kitchens), fencing & gates, trees & shrubs, hardscape & drainage. One quote, one crew schedule, one walkback. The whole point is that you don’t have to coordinate four different contractors.
Both, equally. Single-family homes, HOAs, multi-family, storage facilities, churches, schools, strip-mall maintenance contracts. We’re comfortable on either side and most of our maintenance routes mix the two.
Yes, on every job that requires one. We pull the permit in our name, schedule the inspector, and meet them on site. The signed-off permit becomes part of your property’s records, which protects resale value and confirms the work was done to code. You don’t have to call the county once.
We automatically reschedule rained-out visits to the next available day, usually within 48 hours. You won’t be charged for a missed visit. If a heavy storm pushes the route, we send a text the same morning with the new window. Recurring customers get priority over one-time bookings.
Depends entirely on scope. A mulch refresh is a half-day. A new fence line can be 1-3 days. A paver patio with pergola runs 1-2 weeks. A full backyard rebuild with drainage, patio, planting, and lighting can be 3-6 weeks. The written quote includes a real timeline, not a vague “a few weeks.”
If a storm felled a tree onto a structure, most homeowners’ policies cover removal and repair up to a per-event limit. We document the damage with photos and a written report and can coordinate directly with your adjuster. Healthy trees removed for preference are not typically covered.
Workmanship is warrantied for 1-10 years depending on the service — the specific term is written into your contract, never assumed. Installed product warranties run separately (paver and fence manufacturers, irrigation parts, etc.). If anything goes wrong inside the warranty window, we come back, no charge, no debate.
For small things like a mulch refresh or a simple mow plan, we can sometimes quote off photos and an address. For anything structural — fence, patio, drainage, tree work — we come out in person. Quoting that kind of work off photos is how people end up with the surprise-invoice horror stories. Free walkthrough takes 15 minutes.
Both. We have customers on 9 monthly mow plans and customers spending 0,000+ on a full backyard rebuild. The minimum is “something worth a crew driving out to.” If your job is too small for us, we’ll usually point you to someone reliable instead of just turning you down.
