What we install

• Wood privacy fence. Pressure-treated pine or cedar. 6-foot dog-ear, board-on-board, or shadow-box. Properly set posts (concrete-set, below the frost line that does not exist down here but still deep enough to hold).
• Vinyl fence. White, almond, khaki. Low maintenance, no painting, no staining, holds up to Gulf Coast humidity better than wood.
• Aluminum & ornamental. Pool-code compliant, decorative, salt-air-resistant. Common on Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key.
• Chain link. Galvanized or vinyl-coated. Common on commercial and storage-yard work.
• Gates & automatic openers. Single-leaf, double-leaf, sliding gates. LiftMaster, Mighty Mule, Apollo openers. Keypads, remotes, cell-based access.
• Repair & weatherproofing. Post resets, board replacement, hardware swap, restaining, gate alignment after the house has settled.

For commercial properties

Storage facilities, multi-family, equipment yards, churches, schools. We can run scheduled maintenance on automatic gates, swap battery backups, and respond fast when one stops opening on a Monday morning.

Permit + property lines

We pull permits where required and we will not install a fence on a line we are not certain of. If you do not have a recent survey, we can recommend a surveyor before we start — saves you a neighbor lawsuit.

Sod where the fence trench tore up the lawn. Landscape beds along the new privacy fence. Drainage if the fence line is also where water pools.
